How it works - 5 simple steps
Getting started with GSI is a simple process, backed up by industry leading support!
Step 1
Become a GSI member
Simply choose a membership type and get in touch.
Step 2
Setup your survey
This is when you determine demographic questions and custom questions. It’s also where you build your organisational structure to enable granular insights and decide if you want anonymous responses, direct email invites or a hybrid of both. Note, There’s a helpful setup wizard to guide you and we are always a phone call away!
Step 3
Communicate
Communication is critical to a good engagement rate! If people understand WHY this is being done they will engage more and provide open answers. Note, we typically suggest comms are released 2 weeks leading up to the launch.
Step 4
Launch your survey
It’s launch day! A quick check of your settings before you go live (very important!) and away you go. Depending on how you have setup your survey, you can send out all the invites directly via the GSI platform and monitor engagement rates live or watch the anonymous responses roll-in. Note, we suggest leaving the survey open for at least 2 weeks.
Step 5
Review results
Your survey will close automatically on the assigned day. A comprehensive report will be provided immediately and available to analyse. Your assessment dashboard will also contain a summary of some key findings. Note, Make sure you communicate the findings!
